COMPANY & SUNS REHEARSALS & INFO FOR WEEK OF 1/7/2019

Happy New Year and welcome back to dance!

Here is the rehearsal schedule for this week:

Thursday, January 10th from 7 - 9pm
SUNS/MJ - ALL Companies (Mini's please stay until 9pm)

Friday, January 11th from 5 - 7pm *NEW TIME
SUNS/MJ - DRESS REHEARSAL 

Additional SUNS information:

We will be sending an email w/ a specific meeting time and place upon your arrival at the Talking Stick Resort Arena on Saturday, January 12th.

Tickets - Tickets are ready to be picked up starting this afternoon at the front desk.  You will need to sign for you tickets upon receiving them.

Please turn in your waiver.  Copies of the waiver are available at the front desk.

Costumes Information - We started handing out costumes this past Saturday.  Please see the front desk if you were not at rehearsal.  Please iron/steam the white pants. A costume balance of $25 plus tax has been posted to your account and will be ran automatically on Thursday, January 10th.  This balance and payment does not apply to Mini Company and the boys.  Boys - we will be sending a separate email regarding their costume.

Hair for the girls is a high pony tail; Mini Company is a low ponytail because of their hats.

This number will be competing at an upcoming competition in February.  Please see the info below regarding this competition.

Upcoming Competition

We will be attending Cathy Roe's Ultimate Dance Competition in February instead of Showstoppers.  This competition is the same weekend which is Friday, February 22nd - Sunday, February 24th.  We will be taking limited numbers to this competition.  Here is the list of numbers competing:

Dream On (Miss Lisa's New Sr. Co number; see rehearsal schedule below)
When's the Party's Over (Megan Branch's number)

If you have a solo, duet or trio you would like to compete please inform the front desk.

Invoices for this competition will be emailed by the end of the week and fees will be due by Friday, January 18th.

Friday, January 18th from 4:30 - 6:30pm
Saturday, January 19th from 2 - 4pm

Saturday, January 19th from 2 - 3:30pm
