WEEKLY JR & SR COMPANY INFO FOR WEEK OF 9/30/2019

Below is info and rehearsals for Jr. and Sr. Company for this week:

Grease Rehearsals:
Thursday, October 3rd from 7pm - 9pm

Jr. Company will still have their regular company classes on Wednesday, 10/2 and Saturday, 10/5 this week.

Sr. Company will have their regular company class on Saturday, 10/5 this week.

KAR Entry Fees
Fees for KAR are due this Friday, October 4th.  We will be running payment for these fees automatically unless you have made prior arrangements w/ the front desk.

Upcoming SUNS rehearsals, costume deposit & choreography fee
SUNS rehearsals will start the week we return from Fall break.  Here is are those dates:

Thursday, October 17th from 7pm - 9pm - Sr. & Jr Company only
Friday, October 18th from 6pm - 9pm - ALL Companies (Mini's from 6pm - 7:30pm)
Saturday, October 19th from 11am - 3pm - ALL Companies (Mini's from 1pm - 3pm)
Thursday, October 24th from 7pm - 9pm - Sr. & Jr Company only
Friday, October 25th from 6pm - 9pm - ALL Companies (Mini's from 6pm - 7:30pm)

Along with this rehearsal reminder we also wanted to remind you that the $60 costume deposit for this routine will be due along w/ your October tuition. We will include that amount in your tuition payment unless you let us know otherwise.

We will be deducting the $50 choreography fee from your company deposit.

Studio Closed for Fall Break
The studio will be closed next week from Monday, October 7th - Saturday, October 12th for Fall break.  Classes will resume on Monday, October 14th.

Saturday, September 28th from 10am - 12pm

If you received an email that your dancer has been added to Grease please have them attend these rehearsals.

Jr. Company will still have their regular company classes on Wednesday and Saturday this week.

KAR Invoices
Invoices for KAR were sent out last week.  If you did not receive your invoice please let us know and we will resend.  These fees will be due by Friday, October 4th.

Megan Branch's New Company Number - please respond to the email sent earlier today if you are able to make the first rehearsal of this new number w/ Miss Megan this Friday, Sept 20th from 7pm - 9:30pm.

We will send detailed show information as this event approaches.  As a reminder this event will be held at Tumbleweed Park on Saturday, October 19th.  Show time is 9:45am - 10:05am.

As a reminder this competition is scheduled for Friday, November 8th - Sunday, November 10th at the Higley Center for the Performing Arts.

We will be putting together the show order of this event soon.  Look for more info to come in the next week or so.
