Important - Disneyland Performance Information (Sr & Jr Company)

UPDATE - SHOWTIME CONFIRMED - CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE'S BACKLOT STAGE @ 7PM

Here is the show order for our Disneyland performance along w/ costuming information for each number:

1.  When I Was Seventeen (Sr. Co - Emily, Destinee & Mea)
Costume:  Black leotard, black fishnets, black skirt & black jazz shoes

2.  21st Day of September (All Jr. Co)
Costume:  Black leotard, black leggings, red sequin top & black jazz shoes

3.  It Takes Two (Kevin & Joseph)
Costume:  Black Adidas pants & red jersey

4.  Round in Circles (Sr. Co - Destinee, Camryn, Mea, Taylor, Grace, Mary-Ashley, Paris, Bella S. & Kate)
Costume:  Black leotard, black fishnets, black jazz shoes, black sequin fedora & white gloves

5.  I Am Here (Sr. Co - Bella B., Erin, Sydney, Flory, Jadelyn, Alyssa, Jessica, Emily, Ashleigh & Madi)
Costume:  Red Teen Jazz 4 leotard, black fishnets & black jazz shoes

6.  Outkast Mix (All Jr. Co)
Costume:  Black leotard, black leggings, red jersey (from 24K) & black jazz shoes

7.  MK17 (All Sr. Co)
Costume:  Black leotard, black fishnets, black leggings, gold sequin top and black jazz shoes.

Additional Info:

• New Dress Rehearsal time for Saturday, March 7th - All Dancers from 11am - 3pm
• New Disneyland Parent meeting time for Saturday, March 7th from 3pm - 3:30pm
• We expect to know our show time and park performance location this week.  We will notify you as soon as we receive this information.
• Tickets are in and will be handed out later this week.  Your signature will be required upon receiving them.  We will send a text when they are ready to be pick up at the front desk.
• Leotards & sequin tops are scheduled for delivery today.  
• Sr. Co Dancers - Please try on your leotard & top tomorrow, Tues., Feb 25th between 6pm - 7pm.
• Jr. Co Dancers - Please try on your leotard and top after company class on Wed., Feb 26th
• Reminder - Dancer need to provide their own black fishnets, black jazz shoes & black leggings (preferably lya/spandex & full length)
• If you ordered a company jacket - We will hand them out as soon as we receive hem next week.
• Additional costume parts for Round in Circles (gloves & hats) and I Am Here (Red Teen Jazz 4 leotard) will be handed out soon
  

Please let us know if you have any questions regarding our Disneyland performance.  We will cover meeting places and times at the meeting on Saturday, March 7th.

Cathy Roe's Ultimate Dance Competition 

For those dancers competing at CRU this weekend we will be sending a separate email with the schedule and details.  This competition will only be held on Saturday, February 29th.

Sr. Company - Regular class/rehearsal time on Thursday, February 20th from 7pm - 9pm and Saturday, February 22nd from 10am - 12pm.

Jr. Company - Regular class/rehearsal time on Wednesday, February 19th from 6pm - 7pm and Saturday, February 22nd from 12pm - 3pm *NEW TIME

Mini Company - Regular class/rehearsal time on Thursday, February 20th from 5pm - 6pm.

Upcoming Events
Please make sure you have these following dates on your calendar:

Easter Celebration - Saturday, April 11th - Showtime is 11:20am - 11:40am.  
Small groups, solos, duets & trios to perform at this event.

Celebrity Dance Competition - Friday, May 1st - Sunday, May 3rd
 This event is held at the Mesa Arts Center.  ALL Companies will compete at this competition.

Here is the schedule for this week:

Sr. Company - Regular class/rehearsal time on Thursday, February 13th from 7pm - 9pm and Saturday, February 15th from 10am - 12pm.

Jr. Company - Regular class/rehearsal time on Wednesday, February 12th from 6pm - 7pm and Saturday, February 15th from 12pm - 2:30pm *NEW TIME

Mini Company - Regular class/rehearsal time on Thursday, February 13th from 5pm - 6pm.

Company Jackets - Payment for company jackets are due this Saturday, February 15th.  As a reminder these jackets are $85 plus tax and we will run that amount automatically unless you let us know otherwise.  This applies to Mini Company and those Jr. & Sr. Company dancers performing at Disneyland who do not have one or needed a new one. 

Leotards and Sequin Tops - Payment for the leotards and tops that Jr. and Sr. Company will be wearing in Disneyland are also due this Saturday, February 15th.  As a reminder these costs are $22.95 plus tax for the leotard and $38 plus tax for the sequin tops.  These fees will be ran automatically unless you let us know otherwise.

Disneyland date to remember:

Saturday, March 7th - DRESS REHEARSAL for all dancers from 11am - 1pm and PARENT MEETING from 1pm - 1:30pm (one parent must attend)

WEEKLY COMPANY REHEARSAL & INFO FOR THE WEEK OF 2/3/2020

Here is the company schedule for this week:

Sr. Company - Regular company class/rehearsal time on Thursday, February 6th from 7pm - 9pm and Saturday, February 8th from 10am - 12pm

Jr. Company - Regular company class/rehearsal time on Wednesday, February 5th from 6pm - 7pm and Saturday, February 8th from 12pm - 1:30pm

Mini Company - Regular company/class time on Thursday, February 6th from 5pm - 6pm.

Reminder - This Saturday there will be a photographer taking candid photos during regular classes and company class times.  Please come dressed looking sharp on this day.

Disneyland

Ticket orders are due this Friday, February 7th. Ticket forms are available at the front desk or can be emailed upon request.

As previously mentioned we will be handling costuming different than in the past years. All performers will wear a black leotard and black legging and just change tops over their leotard.

We will be ordering leotards for ALL dancers.  The cost of these leotards will be $22.95 plus tax and due on February 15th.

Dancers can use their own leggings, preferably lycra or spandex and full length.  If you would like us to order a pair please let us know.

We will also be ordering sequin tops for both Jr. and Sr. Company.  These tops will be $38 plus tax and also due on February 15th.

Tops for Jr. Company will be the red sequin tops that they use for Christmas.  Most dancers have these already.  We will only order for those that need them.

Tops for Sr. Company will be a gold sequin top.  

We will run these fees automatically on February 15th unless you let us know otherwise.
